TERMS & CONDITIONS
WITHDRAWAL, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION ON WEBSHOP ITEMS
Processing Refunds
Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Depending on the method, this might take up to 5-7 business days. Thank you for your patience as we handle your request.
Digital Downloads
We reserve the copyright to all of our digital products. Sharing, modifying, or selling our products to third parties without written consent/permission is strictly forbidden. In the case of detection of illegal distribution of our products, lawful action might be taken.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, returning digital products is not possible, as we can't possibly confirm you haven't downloaded a copy of the product to your devices. However, you can rest assured that you are entitled to a replacement and in some cases compensation if something has gone wrong with a digital download you bought (for example, you didn't receive the digital download after purchase, or the download showed up faulty). Please contact us at jenny@jsdancecompany.com so we can review your order. You must contact us from the same email address you used when placing your order.
Coaching calls
You have the right to withdraw or reschedule your coaching call within fourteen (14 days) of purchase without giving any reason, given that the service hasn't been provided yet. In case of withdrawal within the given period, a full refund will be issued. If the coaching call planned falls outside of the fourteen days, refunds are issued only in case of sickness, by doctor's certificate.
Please send your refund request and possible doctor's certificate to us via email at jenny@jsdancecompany.com. You must contact us from the email you used to complete your purchase.
DANCE EVENTS FILMING & INSURANCE POLICY
We might film clips and photograph some parts of the dance classes for social media and marketing purposes in our dance events, classes, and workshops. Often, these materials are also shared with the participating dancers for them to use in their own social media channels or as memories. In case you would not like to be seen on the videos and pictures, please let us know via email jenny@jsdancecompany.com prior to the event or an the beginning of class, so we can take it into consideration. We respect your privacy and understand that not all people want to be seen or use social media.
Participating Customers are not insured by Jenny Strandberg Creative
In our in-person and online classes, events, and workshops, participating dancers/customers are not insured by Jenny Strandberg Creative. Please make sure that you have your own sports insurance in place prior to taking our classes. In our in-person events, we always provide a first-aid kit at the location.
In case of any medical conditions or injuries, please consult a doctor first, to ensure your safety to attend a dance class/event/workshop.
Dance Class Cancellations
While we strive to provide unforgettable dance class experiences to our customers, sometimes class might get cancelled. Our in-person classes and workshops need a minimum amount of participants in order to go on. In case a class or workshop would be cancelled due to too few participants, a full refund will be issued. In some cases, we might offer ticket transfer to another upcoming workshop - however, you are always entitled to choose the option that works better for you (replacement class or refund). If a class is cancelled, we will contact you via the email and/or phone number provided us on checkout to inform you further on the next steps.
Private Dance Class Orders & Cancellations
Private Dance Classes purchased on our Web shop must be scheduled within three (3) months of purchase.
For our Amsterdam Private classes, we partner up with a third party to rent their studio space. Therefore, scheduling and rescheduling the Private Classes depend on their availability. In case you have to cancel your scheduled private less than 24 hours before your appointment, it will be charged in full. Rescheduling the appointment is possible until 72 hours prior to your appointment.
